Adventures

Nature-informed therapy, sunrise hikes, and outdoor experiences designed to heal, reconnect, and push you forward. Your nervous system already knows what it needs.

Why Nature?

Your nervous system knows
what it needs

I've been doing therapy indoors my whole career. And it works. But something kept bothering me. My clients were making real progress in the office, then walking back out into a world that kept pulling them toward stress, disconnection, and overwhelm.

I kept thinking: what if the environment itself could be part of the healing?

That question led me to nature-informed therapy. There is deep, evidence-based science behind the relationship between the natural world and the human nervous system. Nature isn't a pleasant add-on to therapy — it's a powerful modality in its own right. It speaks to parts of us that words sometimes can't reach.

LIVE Adventures brings that work to Green Bay — through a lecture series, group hikes, 1:1 outdoor sessions, and outdoor experiences for individuals, athletes, and organizations.
